Q: What is Crystallise Me Diamond Painting?
A: Crystallise Me Diamond Painting is a brand-new personalised crafting experience that allows customers to
transform their own photos into dazzling Crystal Art canvases.
Customers simply upload a favourite image — whether it’s a beloved pet, family portrait, wedding
photo, or special memory — and we convert it into a custom, colour-mapped Crystal Art design. The result is
a one-of-a-kind diamond painting canvas that sparkles with meaning

diamond painting. We provide everything you need, utilising our diamond crystals to create your own

Q: What comes in my kit?
A: Your kit includes everything you need to get started:
- A pre-glued, pre-stretched canvas with numbered grid system
- Numbered crystals
- Pick-up pen
- Jelly wax
- Multiple trays
- Bags for storage of loose crystals

Uploading & Customisation
Q: How do I upload my photo?
A: Click the ‘Upload Photo button’ on the product page and wait for it to load in the preview window. You can now zoom in and position the image for the best output and finish. The background should be as clear as possible for the best results. There are some guidelines, and examples for you to follow when you get to these stages.
Q: What file types and sizes are supported?
A: We accept JPEG and PNG files up to 15MB. For best results, use a high- resolution photo.
Q: Can I crop or edit my photo before creating the pattern?
A: Yes! After uploading, you can crop and adjust your image, rotate for portrait or landscape and zoom before generating your picture preview.
Q: What happens if my photo is low resolution?
A: Low-resolution images may look pixelated. You should select the preview button to view how your image will look when generated as a Diamond painting image. The higher the quality of the chosen picture, the better the final outcome will be. If you don’t like the finished look, re-adjust the zoom and positioning of the subject in your picture OR upload another picture and try again until you are happy!
Q: Can I preview my design before finalising the image?
A: Absolutely! You can preview your design as many times as you like before finalising. You may even want to take a photo specifically for this project! We suggest you don’t try to crystalise your favourite picture of a person, but find the perfect picture that fits the outcome with the highest quality.
Q: How many times can I change the preview?
A: There’s no limit—you can adjust and preview until you’re happy with the result. Once you are happy, you can generate your pattern. You can download the pattern from the website, but it will also be emailed to you.
Pattern & Instructions
Q: How is the pattern generated?
A: Your photo is converted into a numbered grid. Each of your crystals are lettered in the bags in your kit. The pattern shows each letter of the required crystal, and where to position on each individual, numbered square. Your pattern will guide you through, grid by grid.
Q: What do the numbers and letters mean?
A: The grid breaks your image into numbered sections, and the letters tell you which crystal colour to place in each spot. Think of it like piecing together a puzzle, and you create the image one square at a time following the pattern.
Q: Can I download and print the pattern?
A: Yes! You can download a PDF to print or use the digital version on your screen.
Q: Can I zoom in on the pattern on my screen?
A: Yes, our online viewer allows you to zoom in for detailed work.
Q: Do I need special software to view the pattern?
A: No, you can access it directly from your account on any device.
Crystals & Tools
Q: How many crystals are included?
A: Each kit includes approximately 70,000 crystals!! Your image requires around 14,000. This additional number allows for you to select various output, (ie changes in colour and brightness) so that you can personalise your creation to your taste!
Q: What if I run out of crystals?
A: You won’t! With the additional crystals in your set we are confident that you will have everything you need. In the case of an accidental spillage, please do reach out!
Q: Are the crystals labelled by colour or letter?
A: Crystals are sorted and labelled by letter to indicate each colour in your chosen finish to match your pattern.
Tips & Troubleshooting
Q: How do I keep my canvas clean while working?
A: Only peel back a small section of film at a time and keep unused areas covered with the protective film.
Q: What’s the best way to store crystals during the project?
A: Use small containers or resealable bags to keep colours separate and avoid spills. We also have additional bags in your set to help you out!
Q: What happens to my uploaded photo after the instructions have been generated?
A: All uploaded imagery is deleted from our servers after the instructions have been generated and you have closed the web browser.
Q: What happens if I don’t receive the email with assembly instructions?
A: Firstly, check your Spam folder and ensure we have your correct email address. You can also download the PDF instructions from the website by clicking on the Get Instructions button, which appears after the page where you have entered your name and email address.
Q: What are the crystal diamonds made from?
A: Our crystals are made of high quality acrylic and conform with Toy Industry standards.
