Effective date: February 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.crystallise.me (the "Site") and the personalisation services provided through it (the "personalisation service"). The Site and personalisation service are operated by Craft Buddy Limited ("Craft Buddy", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07236303, with its registered office at Unit 7, Anglo Business Park, Asheridge Road, Chesham, HP5 2QA.

By accessing or using the Site or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or Service. These Terms are intended to comply with applicable UK law, EU law, and EU consumer protection rules, including those applicable in Germany.

1. The Personalisation Service

The personalisation service available at www.crystallise.me is an online tool that allows users to upload images and other information in order to generate personalised instructions or outputs (the "Generated Content"). The personalisation service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Craft Buddy. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the personalisation service from time to time. We will not remove core functionality without reasonable notice where required by law.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the personalisation service, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Content and Uploaded Images

3.1 Ownership You retain all ownership rights in any images or other content that you upload to the Service ("User Content"). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your User Content to us. 3.2 Limited Licence to Process By uploading User Content, you grant Craft Buddy a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of providing the personalisation service, including generating personalised instructions. This licence ends automatically once processing is complete and the User Content is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 3.3 Deletion of Uploaded Images Uploaded images are processed only to generate the requested output and are automatically deleted from our servers once processing is complete and the browser session is closed, as described in our Privacy Policy. This processing is necessary for the performance of the service requested by the user. 3.4 Prohibited Content You must not upload content that:

• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• is unlawful, harmful, or abusive
• contains malware or malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where prohibited content is uploaded.

4. Generated Content Disclaimer

The generated content is created automatically based on the information you provide. While we aim for accuracy and usefulness, Generated Content is provided for general guidance only. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You remain responsible for how you use the Generated Content and for verifying its suitability before relying on it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse or interfere with the personalisation service
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or systems
• use the Service for unlawful or commercial purposes
• scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the personalisation service

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site, personalisation service, software, text, graphics, and branding (excluding User Content) belong to Craft Buddy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

7. Fees and Availability

The personalisation service available at www.crystallise.me is currently provided free of charge. www.crystallise.me does not sell physical products, kits, or goods through this Site. Any references to products or kits are for informational purposes only. The Site may include links to third-party retailers (including Craft Buddy’s own retail website and external retailers such as QVC). Any purchase you make is made directly with the relevant retailer and is subject solely to that retailer’s terms and conditions, pricing, delivery, cancellation, and return policies. Craft Buddy is not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, or terms of sale of third-party websites. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or services in the future. Any such change will be clearly communicated and will not affect existing statutory rights.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract concluded online. Where the Service is provided free of charge, no right of withdrawal applies. Where the Service involves paid digital content or services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• the Service begins immediately upon your request; and
• once the digital content has been fully provided or the personalised output has been generated, your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where required by law, we will obtain your express consent before starting the provision of digital content during the withdrawal period and will inform you that your right of withdrawal will be lost once performance has begun. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where the Service is not provided as agreed.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:

• breach these Terms
• misuse the Service
• are required to do so by law

You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

10. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to the above, Craft Buddy is not liable for:

• loss caused by your reliance on Generated Content
• loss arising from factors outside our reasonable control
• indirect or consequential loss, where permitted by law

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer protection law.

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully.

12. Changes to the Personalisation Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including Germany. Courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
